Hello, My account is limited to the point that I cannot withdrawal or transfer money, and I am unable to provide what's needed to remove the limitations, so I am attempting to close my account. However, I also have a payment that on my end has stated it is waiting to be accepted (I cannot do anything with it or accept it into my bank), while the other end says they see the payment as "Completed". There is no option on my end to refund or do anything with this payment, and the message help center just directed me to how I can solve the limitations (which I cannot do). Is there any way for me to refund or reject this payment and close my limited account?
