Paypal confirmed that I am to return an item in order to get full refund. I also have to provide the tracking number in this regard. So I log in open resolution centre and attempt to open the dispute (I only have the one dispute) but each time I get the message "Lets try that again. Looks like something went wrong on our end". I am unable therefore to forward tracking number in this manner. My only solution asfar as I can ascertain was to send email to paypal quoting the case ID and advise in that email the tracking number. Is that suffice or can anyone else come up with a better way?Thanks a mil
