I recently sold a handheld game console on eBay, which was a once-off kind of thing, as it was just bought for my personal use a few years ago and I decided to replace it with a different device and sell this one to make up for that cost. I don't regularly sell on eBay, so it's not like I have any stock of items like this or keep receipts for them. The buyer has opened and then cancelled two disputes against me through eBay now, claiming to have an issue with the item and then not have an issue anymore, and just opened a third directly through PayPal. I've inferred that this is why the limitation was placed on my account. However, I'm trying to offer a refund for the buyer to ship the item back to me and getting no response, and one of the things being asked of me to resolve the limitation is to provide a receipt from my initial purchase of the item. I don't have one, since again, it was bought for personal use several years ago and I've long since lost track of the receipt. Is there anything else I can do to get this request resolved?
