Anyway, I am VERY frustrated, here's a copy of a message I wrote to Paypal and at the Paypal Community... Awful Paypal Customer Service. How can they close a claim before it is resolved? Item dead at arrival. Opened a claim which Paypal closed before the issue was resolved. I mailed the item back as instructed by Paypal and the seller, which costed me extra $40.00!! on top of the $112.72 I had already paid for an Action Camera that does not work. I paid $112.72 for a worthless camera, I paid an extra $40.00 at the post office, and Paypal, the company I trusted to give my credit card to, has closed the case that has not been resolved, why would they have this dispute/claim thing if it is a lie?
