Today I received an email from PayPal that my account was limited (which really means closed) and my account balance is frozen. They said it was because we violated the acceptable used policy but refused to give any specific reason. We have never been notified or warned of a problem so had no idea there was even an issue. This caught us completely by surprise and now it is disrupting our business. Personally I think there is a mistake or misunderstanding but I can't explore that possibility because they will not give me a reason for "limiting" our account. Does anyone have any insight on this? Any suggestions? I'm still blown away that this happened and don't understand why. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or insight you can give.
