More than 2 weeks my account has a red notification bubble in the corner saying "There’s a problem with your account." and after pressing on it, I am directed to a page where it says "Your account access is temporarily limited", but when I press to see what are my limitations, there is only one - to close my account.
I have been asked two weeks ago to provide a copy of ID and proof of adress, which I attached and sent. The website promised it will be solved in several days "We’ll get back to you within a few business days." But I think two weeks is more than few days.
I tried to write to support, they reply with automatic standart texts whatever I am writing. I don't mind the red notification bubble, but I don't want my account to be limited.
