PayPal's Customer Service is a joke, they give nonsensical answers to questions and don't seem to look at the file when you contact them. Long story short-Sold a product on Ebay with PayPal payment, no problem. But over a month after sale completed Buyer claims the item had "significant repair", he filed a claim and never attempted to contact me. I immediately responded with proof it was never repaired and it was simply dirt the buyer needed to clean off. I attached photos and 3rd party expert opinions confirming it was just easily removed dirt. PayPal did NO investigation, asked for no proof of claim from the Buyer and within 24 hours of my first response immediately ordered the product returned and debited my account. When I called customer service the lady admitted PayPal violated their policies and said they would re-open the matter (I have an email from PayPal confirming this). Then they did nothing, and 24 hours latter, without even contacting buyer, said "you lose again". I am **bleep** at their "customer no-service", but I will settle for just crediting me my "out of pocket" expenses for the sale as I got the product back. I can get nothing from Customer Service except "form letter" responses and no real person seems to even read the file. I need some "real person" at PayPal to deal with, customer service is bizarre and incompetent. Any help out there?
