Hi PayPal community, I developed a website for USA based buyer and made it live and fully functional. I also delivered source code to buyer since she paid me amount for the project. Once she got full access of the website, she filed a dispute on PayPal for all the payments she had made within last 180 days to me and my team and requested for full return. Her website is still live and working. I spoke with Paypal support team(not positive), I responded with email screenshots in claims which she had raised. But, so far things are not going anywhere. I am talking about total claims of more than $5000. So, is this that easy to get away with free website development using PayPal payment and refund policies? Any suggestions for me to resolve this claim? (Buyer isn’t responding) Any other platform where claim & refund policies are not blindfolded like PayPal? Regards, Krishna
