Dear community, my account was limited in October 2019. I got a mail from PayPal saying I would receive a mail after 180 with instructions on how to withdraw my money. It has been almost 2 months longer then 180 days, and I still have not received any mail from PayPal. I have tried withdrawing my money myself from my account, and it only says 'Something isn't right. Try again.'. I have the feeling that my PayPal account is glitched, as it still says 'We need missing information to resolve a problem with your account.' but when I click on that message it just says 'Your account has been limited permanently'. Ontop of that I have never received a mail from PayPal with instructions, which leads me to believe the system still thinks I can reverse the limitation - but at the same time says I have already been permanently limited. What do you think I should do? The reason I am asking it here, is because PayPal is not responsive via mail, phone nor social media. I just get either automated messages, or messages that say there will be an account specialist assigned (which has been weeks ago). Looking forward to your feedback.
