I sent an email to Customer Services, but now can't find that query anywhere and am not sure it has been sent or received (see separate query about that, posted earlier) – now I hope someone can help with the actual problem we asked about: Our client is saying that she’s unable to pay unless she sets up a PayPal account. She says: "when I insert the card details, there is no option of paying without inserting my data, the form wants me to set up a PayPal account (name, password, and date of birth), otherwise I can't pay". She has sent me a screenshot to help explain (I can't see a way to attach that here, is that possible?) – so I'll try and explain what I see in the screenshot. The form is not sending and various things are highlighted in red – one is the postcode (she put in the county there instead, English is not her first language so that may be why). Then she has gone to the next section (same page) and under the heading "Create your PayPal account" she has entered her email address, but has not entered 'password' or 'date of birth' – which are now also highlighted in red. Could someone confirm that, as she wants to pay without creating a PayPal account, she should not fill in anything under the "Create your PayPal account" heading. And that once she puts her postcode in properly the form will send OK? Sorry to ask this, but as we're the merchant and we don't actually see the forms our client get sent! Thanks quest2 (Oh dear! further problem! – the form to submit this query is asking for Location: but there is no form field for us to enter our location (all other form fields are OK)! I hope this will send anyway – we are based in the UK and our client is based in Greece.
