Why can't we just add the ID code and actually log it from our end and then Pay Pal can check and accept this way, i bought 2 sets of lights and now when i want replacements for the parts being broken they are mugging me off, i feel like sending a letter bomb through to their address, 6 weeks i've been emailing and now need Pay Pals help to get back my £270 that's making me angry to say the least and can't even contact Pay Pal about it as it's not logged in my Activity...
