I sold an item on ebay in October 2018 and it was shipped to the buyer whose resides in New Jersey within a few days with a *required signature*. Recently 9 days ago, the same buyer from New Jersey is filing a dispute against me, requesting a refund far past the 30 day mark claiming that he/she has made an "Unauthorized Transaction" even though he/she already has the item.
It's as if the buyer is committing fraud and lying to gain a "free item". The buyer also never contacted me if there was anything wrong with the item during the time i sold it. Also Ebay only shows the sold items for up to 60 days which i no longer see anymore, but
I still have the tracking number and a picture of the tracking status with the *required signature* .
My question is why do i have to resolve this conflict by paying the buyer the refund amount which im not going to and also, in case, one day i go online shopping and im trying to use paypal, (which obviously i wouldn't as of now) how would i buy an item if i have to resolve this dumb conflict?
