@not_here We understand that Paypal wants to distinct the issues and have this platform to deliver a better experience by having ideas and suggestions from users. However, please understand that many of us face issues which are critical in nature for us, not for Paypal (nothing wrong in that) and we do not get Technical Support after 6 pm to 10 am in India. A lot of us are trying to create and raise a side hustle while slogging 10-6 jobs! My request is to either give us 24*7 Tech support or allow us to try and get answers here. It is a community, means it is here to help all parties involved and not only the one who created it.
