When I have purchased and printed a royal mail postage label the tracking number not appear in the transaction summary, and the link that is sent to the purchaser does no link into the Royal Mail track and trace site. The "track your delivery field" always shows the same number - 569779, and if I try to follow the link I get the unhelpful message "Sorry, an error occurred when you clicked the last link" this is extremely frustrating because instead of automatically sending my customers their tracking number i have to send a follow up email.
