Just had the worst customer service experience. Wanted to get a transaction cancelled. After many automated email responses, called up the customer care. The person who picked up the phone was one of the rudest person I've ever met. Completely unhelpful, trying to provoke an argument by talking with a rude tone throughout. I wonder how he was given this job, when completely unsuited for it!
In the end, had to hangup no where close to resolving the problem.
