Hello everyone, just wanted to post this on here because I found it to be extremely concerning.
Not sure which category I should put it under, so bear with me
I had a dispute which took ages to get reviewed by paypal support members, and since it took so long i decided once it went through and needed me i would just cancel it. Thus I did.
And upon doing so I wanted to give some feedback about how long it took... approximately 10 days for paypal support to reach it. I understand this is a high volume company, but it should be giving high volume support.
Less on that problem, onto the real one.
Now my main language is English.... and that is all I speak, yet upon clicking the pop out window to give my feedback, I am met with this :
Not too sure where I am forced to have an Arabic language, pretty sure that is Arabic right?
Why is Paypal's feedback pop out in a different language than the site language or account language?
This concerns me beyond anything simply because, there have been recent outbreaks of hacks on Amazon, and what happens if Paypal gets hacked?
Wouldn't be a first, but I wouldn't say this is a hack, more or less a **bleep** up in code on their end.
But still... very concerning to me when I see a foreign presence whilst dealing with money under a secured website.
