Hi Community - I made an order for £40 to Mothercare via my PayPal via my credit card. My credit card debited the payment from my account but paypal held it at an authorisation stage. Since then the company have cancelled my order - without any communication - only figured out when checking by chance my order status. This was on the 7th February and the payment is still at an authorisation stage on Paypal. How can I get this cleared? I want it off my paypal account and my credit card will return the pending payment back to my card.
