Well you can create button step by step from devellopers section and then just get one url by switching to e-mail from website and add parameter &landing_page=Billing. I did it this way but actually works only for some countries, like USA or UK.   ... View more

Hello, I created a button from guide by developpers page and my problem is that for most countries I can't pay actually without create paypal account. For example Czech Republic althought for USA or UK it is possible. I am quite sure it was possible in past. Did paypal changed some rules about that? Is it some way for set?
