I put a dispute for an item delivery wrong. I won the dispute but the seller gave the return address as China until 1st of February. I have lots of proofs that this guy trade on eBay with an address from NSW. I send coutless emails to Paypal with all the proofs, including an email from the seller, from the 13th January, where he state he gave the wrong address to Paypal. On 29th I called PayPal and the callcenter guy open a complaint and I asked for the address to be changed to NSW, from where I 've bought de product. I received an email from Paypal, on the same day, that they will address the issue and contact me. I've heard nothing until yesterday when I received an email that the case was closed because I didn't send the item!!!!!! I was instructed to wait for the new resolution!!!!!! I checked several times my account and it was said they are waiting for seller to respond, they should be analysing all the proofs I sent. I called today again and I was told that they don't have any register of this email!!!! I realised Paypal really don't care about costumers and this protection is a joke.
