Hello, there! I pre-ordered a Surface Pro 6 from Microsoft Netherlands recently, using Pay-Pal with linked bank account as my payment method.
And i was charged twice, one on 2nd of February, and then when item was shipped - on February, 6. It seems like Pay-Pal not returned the first pre-payment to me, which Pay-Pal should have to hold on, not withdraw. Now i'm out of 1888.2 eur instead of 944.1 eur as it should be, and i'm very disappointed and nervous, because for me it a bunch of money, and i can't use it now.
The Pay-Pal email support just ignore you, as always. What should i do to return my money? Thank you in advance!
