Hello. Buyer bought both of my items at the same time and pleased to send 2 different orders in 1 package with 1 tracking number (1st attempt to scam), but i am not stupid and sent it in different packages and provided tracking info, and noticed that he changed location in ebay settings for my country, so he paid less for shipping(2nd scam, but its ok, i am not so greedy). After 3 days of shipping date he opened case for “item not received” ( shipped from eu to us). After he got his packages, he understood thats there is 2 packages so scam didnt worked out(and he need to get money back). He opened case for return as “different item receiced” but already 2 days he cannot provide any photo(i provided all photos from post office that i shipped correct items). Now i have -1400€ negative balance on paypal and cannot sell my items on other markeplaces. Ebay support told me that i need to accept items and just relist them (ebay on scammers side), but why should i accept them back if i did all correctly and scammer just failed? I just lost like 3 weeks of my buyer traffic and earnings. Give me some advices please
