In summary: I've cancelled my subscription in advance but forgot to cancel Paypal. Raised it with Wicked Servers support who say they don't do refunds (credit to my account instead) as it's non-refundable and it's my responsibility to cancel my Paypal repeat payment. I won't receive my virtual goods since I cancelled already with them before I was due to receive them. Am I eligible for refund through Paypal? More details: I have a yearly subscription with Wicked Servers and decided that I didn't want it for the next year. I cancelled my server in the required time and they accepted it. However, I didn't cancel my Paypal subscription so they have received money for the next billing year. I raised it with support who say they don't offer refund, only credit on my account because it was my responsibility to cancel my Paypal and referred me to their ToC: https://tal0ne.co.uk/refund-policy.html which states that they don't offer refunds. I won't be recieving my next year of service (which starts on the 9th Feb) as I've cancelled it so technically I won't be receiving my virtual good. Can Paypal help me with this or have I lost my money to them. Their terms also states that they will immediately cancel any service if I raise a dispute with Paypal which I don't mind as I've already cancelled it in advance. Is there any chance I can get my money back or am I wasting my time?
