Every time I try to log in, I get an alert telling me to change my password. It says that there are suspicious activities on my account and that someone else is trying to log in, but that is ME.
The system keeps thinking I'm in the next suburb when I'm not.
I then keep getting codes to change my password, but I've had to change it so many times in the last 5 days, that it's infuriating the hell out of me.
Support are absolutely frustrating me with their suggestions and after 'fixing' it, the problem comes back again the next time I try to log in after a couple of hours.
Does ANYBODY at paypal actually know how to fix this permanently. It is in your security system, and it's FAULTY, but I keep getting told to stop logging in from different computers and different locations. Well, I'm not doing anything different. SAME computer. SAME location.....
I want this fixed, but paypal refuse to accept the blame and keep insisting it's MY FAULT.....
It was suggested that I delete my cache and cookies and browser history but that has **bleep** all my other sites up now....
To anyone else with this problem, "DON'T DO IT". You will regret it. It is the worst possible suggestion.
Why can't I talk to someone that knows what they're talking about?????
