Hello, my customer has opened a case - he wants to refund money. I have talked with customer and I want to give his money back. He has opened a case and money has gone from my PayPal. When I click on case and select to refund money PayPal says "150$ will be taken from your PayPal account". But thing is that I don't see that 150$ sitting in my PayPal - it is already gone. I don't really understand how to close the case and give customer his money back. Help. Irena
