I have two people who have filed a claim with PayPal. One from Dec 19 and one from Dec 22. First thing I do is go to ship station to check to see if it was shipped. No such people. Next I go to PayPal and see they did indeed pay, they did !!! Orders come in Daily and everything is printed from ship station, never thinking PayPal info is not getting every order on the ship station site. I have tried to call PayPal but can't get thru, they keep me on hold. Has anyone ever seen this happen and if so what have you done to get it corrected? I feel so bad for my customers who now think we just didn't bother to ship it out. Thank you
