Okay, so I've recently got a PayPal MasterCard debit and it was linked to my student account. So for the first day of having this card on my own, (activated and everything), I've been getting e-mails about denied payments. I had less than $20 on the account, and these "denied payments" were over $90 - $100. At first, I thought they were spam-mails, and just ingored them. However, I recieved one email saying that I've purchased something online that was $1.00 and it was some Playstation Network thing. (This appeared at least three times.) So I went to my account, and when I had $27 dollars at the time, now it was $24. I went through the correct PayPal address. (Did not go through any "phishing" site.) I did not hand out my card to anyone, and I really want to get to the bottom of this. I thought the person would need my PIN number to be able to make any transaction, which I am wrong, seeing that I had another "denied payment" towards Pizza Hut. (After I changed my PIN just in case.) So, I have no idea what to do.. I'm getting my parents on it, but they seem to be confused and puzzled at this as well. This has not started until I went to McDonald's and bought me some cookies. After I did that, this crap started. (And the thing is: I never gave them my card either, I swipped it on the scanner, and that was it, no reciept, no signing, etc.) Help would be.. Helpful. (: Thanks for reading, and hope to get this all figured out soon.
