@Znbland Yeah, the system glitches once in a while. Since you updated the order to Processed, ask the buyer if they can 'confirm receipt' on their end of the PayPal transaction. If they are happy with the item and is satisfied, they shouldn't have a problem confirming because they are asked if they are willing to forfeit their dispute rights when they confirm. And if this makes them nervous, then you may just have to wait the full 21 days or get PayPal on the phone and ask them to manually check it and release the funds to you.
