Thanks for your reply. The tracking number has been shown “received” on the RM website that is acceptable to PayPal, but PayPal has been showing “processing” from beginning. It seems that PayPal has not updated the mailing status. I manually changed it to “order processed” a few days ago and it still hasn't changed.
