I Own two business and have two PayPal accounts. They recently got limitations put on them because of an inactive PayPal account I had from 7 years ago for a business I previously sold. I am trying to resolve the old limitation issue so I can continue to use my current accounts. I am running into an issue because the limitation department wants proof the business is active. I can’t provide that because the business has been inactive for 6 years. I want the account closed, but can’t until I resolve the pending limitation request, which I won’t be able to do. I have spoken to customer service but they don’t have the authority to do anything. Is there someone I can talk to in the limitations department or even a manager that can help me solve this problem?
