so a customer of mine filed a clam against me for a dispute because "item was not as described" and so the took my money from paypal and now i have a negative balance. The customer paid for this item months ago and suddenly wants a full refund but i stated in my store policy no refunds or exchanges! i was nice enough to offer her a partial refund of 100.00$ and she accpeted it but wants a full refund. Will i win the case? i need answers because i cannot give her a full refund!
