In the notification centre there is a message that says "Some of your account information is missing. If we don't receive the information by 1 Feb 2019, you won't be able to receive money in your account." I try to edit my details (date of birth and nationality). However EVERY time I do this and click submit, all I see is a loading page and it never loads. Eventually I have to reload the page but the same message is there. I need to set up a payment but cannot because of this 😞
