Every time I try to sent money to an email name, it fails. I get the following message: "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." I try to call Customers Services, that was a huge fail, kept going to the machine one, that really didn't help at all. I called my bank and they have inform me that they approve of the amount of money that I was going to sent, they got the verification code and everything. So my bank approved of it already to process. But now I think it's either PayPal or the email name I was trying to sent the money to. I tried sending the money to the email as well from the PayPal app and I was given the message: "You payment was denied" (with the big red triangle and the "!" in the middle of it) "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later". I tried again this morning, same issue. Any ideas? Is this PayPal issue or the email that I was sending the money to?
