I have a business account which has a healthy turnover of money. PayPal has restricted access from day one and I have jumped through every hoop that they have thrown at me, including the 60 day wait. I am still restricted and not able to add a bank account to take money out. Multiple emails have been sent via the contact pages but not once has a reply or acknowledgement been received. I have also spent a lot of time and money calling the listed international help number, only to be told that they only deal with US accounts. If anyone has an email address that has a person at the end I would be grateful if it could be shared.
