Recently I had a problem with an item I paid for just outright get shipped to the wrong address completely (some strange mix up on the sellers side), and my attempts to sort it out through the seller through emailing them didn't pan out. However the seller is about to add a brand new product to his store soon, and I genuinely don't want to risk harming his account. I want to advance the claim in the resolution center, but the seller has treated me well in the past outside of this strange incident. Will putting in a claim freeze or otherwise hinder his account and ability to do other transactions, or will it have a reasonable grace period to where he can do business without getting shafted by my claim?
