Extremely frustrated, I sent seller payment and they have completely ghosted me now. They kept telling me to wait and now are completely ignoring my messages its been more than 24 hours. I hoped Paypal would help me, when I tried to dispute the claim I only could select "unauthorized access" for my dispute reason which was weird. I selected it anyways and plead my case in the description but my dispute has been closed. Please can someone from Paypal customer service help me? I've been a user for almost 20 years and don't like how I'm being treated here. I feel shafted by not only the seller but also by Paypal at this point. If I have to, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company but was hoping a company like Paypal would help me out. I have multiple screen shots of my messages with the seller if proof is needed. PLEASE HELP ME PAYPAL!
