Unfortunately some of us have the same problem. That's what PayPal team replied me on Twitter: "We are aware of it and our team has already started working it. I understand that this is causing a huge impact on your day to day activity. Our team is working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible. Right now, we do not have the estimated timeframe as to when it will get sorted. My sincere apologies."
