I seem to be going around in circles, I have had the same account opened in France for many years, now, when I try to login I am told my email address isn't recognised. I have of course retype it and tried various ways of trying to login. In frustration i called the helpline number but unfortunately my French is far from perfect and I didn't understand all the options. I then called what I thought was a UK helpline and was told that my email address was registered as not a real person but that I could only resolve the issue by contacting the French helpline. So I am now back to where I started, cannot access my account and cannot understand the French helpline. I have had to use this very old account just to access help, please can anyone advise me how to resolve this? Thank you in advance
