Hello everyone. I sold an item over a year ago and the buyer just successfully opened a dispute with PayPal. I was on the phone with a representative and was told the case should be automatically closed since it is out of the 180 days time frame. However the claim was resolved with the buyer return the item for a full refund. This is ridiculous and I'm not sure if anyone out there has this experience. Side notes: _The item is worth $1800. _It was an ebay purchase and the buyer had left positive feedback with specific comment complimenting the item and how awesome it was. _Item was listed as "Used". I still have the eBay listing in pdf file. _The representative (accidentally) told me that the dispute is actually from "PAYPAL CREDIT" (similar to financial institution credit card but this is money borrowed from PayPal for the purchase). So PayPal credit is equal to indefinite return time frame? Despite my many emails trying to explain all the stuff above, nothing came back positive for me as a seller. I'm not sure what I'm expecting when posting this but I appreciate any input! VP
