Hi, I'm currently using a PayPal I had to set up with a secondary email as I haven't been able to log on to my actual account, i've never had problems logging on and i have never changed the password yet it won't let me log in i try changing the password and all it says is
We're sorry. Something went wrong on our end. Please try again.
then i end up getting blocked from trying to log in and it just keeps doing the same thing it won't even let me email from that account i emailed PayPal nearly a week ago and got no response or it will say
We're sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
and when i click that it doesn't do anything either any help would be appreciated as I'm getting very frustrated with it, thank you.
