Hello, I volunteer for a non-profit and we recently changed members. I have been waiting since October 2018 for the name on the account to be removed and replaced with a new member. In the meantime, my account now has this message, "Your account access is temporarily limited". I have called multiple times (and waited on hold for hours), emailed many times, contacted customer service in all manners I can think of. Every time I speak to a person I get a different reason why it is taking so long and I submit more documentation. Last time I was told that because we use a PO Box they can't verify my address so I provided yet more documentation. The representative also said it was with compliance review and was given an email address to contact them. It turned out the be a non-monitored inbox. I am at my wits end with this. It's an all volunteer organization and we do not have the resources to deal with terrible customer service. We use PayPal for invoicing for our biggest fundraiser of the year which is coming up soon and I need to feel confident that it will work. Any ideas from the community on this?
