@Bunnygirl360 PayPal simply didn't find anything that was consistent with a breach of your account. They check both sending and receiving accounts' histories, IP address, device, log-in logs, and other factors etc. You can have them review it again. Please contact customer service: Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US. Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
