i call everyday from paypal and ask what the status about my paypal account. but they answer most of the time , your paypal is ok. you have no issues with your paypal . if my paypal is ok then why i don't received funds through my client side. and if you are talking about customer side issues then every customer are not blocking their cards. i had bad experience with paypal seriously.
paypal guys are saying you have to wait 3days . now 3days after they are saying everything is fine you can use your paypal card charging and paypal to paypal money transferring. but nothing is happening .
every time showing SORRY, WE CAN'T COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE AT THIS TIME.
