I noticed some money missing from my bank account and found an unauthorized payment had been made through paypal. I logged in (and changed my password) and found that a refund had already been requested. I didn't do that, but I was happy that at least it looked like my money was coming back. I filed a dispute anyways though. Under my disputes the issue had been 'closed' which I didn't worry about because of the pending refund. Today it says the refund is cancelled. And because the dispute is closed I can't escalate it to a 'claim.' I also can't dispute the same interaction a second time. I'm currently on hold with the security people at pay pal, but while I'm waiting I'm wondering if anyone can help? I've also contacted my bank and am waiting to hear back.
