Wish I could help, but I can't. PayPal takes advantage of sellers of physical items too. I sold on eBay items to be repaired, with complete descriptions, on a deeply discounted on a non-returnable basis. After a month, without any statement that any of my descriptions were inaccurate, PayPal authorized return. They buyer claimed he returned the items (I have not received them). PayPal gave him back his money. It seems to be impossible to get a human to respond on PayPal. Messages will claim that they are forwarding my messages in the message to a resolution specialist, but I have yet to see any human response. We need some consumer protection.
