Hi, my question is i bought something in one website, and after my money had been deduct, i decided to cancel my order and i got this email from seller "The PayPal account used to place this order has not been debited for this purchase. You may notice a pending amount in your account for the next couple of days depending on your payment provider's processing time. If this is still appearing after 10 working days, I recommend you to contact them directly." How to solve this problem as i called the management and no one answered and i need to wait on call for 10 minutes. Thank you.
