I bought an iPhone for £300. I paid the seller, and the funds are pending for him (possibly new seller 21 day hold). He said he will not ship until funds are cleared, and I said I do not want to wait 21 days. So, we agreed to cancel the transaction. We have agreed that he will not send the item, and will send me a refund. He has now twice said that he sent a refund, but there is no sign of a refund on my account? He ignores me when I ask for a screenshot so I am almost certain he has not sent the refunds. What should I do? Will an 'item not received' case favour me instantly? And what would I have to do if he decides to send me an empty box to counter the dispute? Should I record myself opening the package in that situation? Many Thanks!
