Mine were just refunded. To say I’m shocked is an understatement. Good luck and don’t back down. In my case I got a few updates that they were still looking into it. It took awhile.

I haven’t heard a thing. It seems that if I received a partial shipment, and they supplied that shipping info, I can’t prove to PayPal that I didn’t get the other piece, even though I have an email stating they would be shipping that one later. I’m SOL. I’m also moving most of my online card processing for my business elsewhere. Someone (in this case PP) will be losing a lot of money for allowing a vendor to scam people through them.

This is also my experience right now. Received a partial order (which is a POS) and I want a refund for the one that didn’t arrive. They have PP the tracking info from the piece that did arrive, so I am afraid PO will just believe that. I own a business and use PP a LOT, and they may lose me because of this.
