Can anyone please tell me what is the current situation in Gaza and Palestine. Is it possible for charities or individuals to receive money through PayPal as yet? If not, kindly tell me why. I have been approached by what appears to be an Orphan and Poor Children's School there and would like to see what THEIR options are. Thank you.
