I'm currently on hold rotting away. I'm at work making matters worse. I thought an hour lunch would be more than enough to go out to eat and handle this issue I'm having. So I call because this ridiculous site thinks my new card has already been linked to an account. So they guy checks and shows the card is in fact not on an account. He tells me he has to speak to someone and that was an hour ago. I'm highly annoyed and STILL WAITING!!! Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE! What do I need to do to speak to someone. I need my money situation handled NOW!
