8paypal made wrong decision, in appeal , complain again same decision by automated system. . I what to complain against them to any other body that will make sure they listen to us. PayPal wrong decision, appeal unheard , complain ignored how to complain to fsa or any other body that will make them accountable. My complain copy.... ”My complain is about mis management, poor service, misguidance, and about wrong discions made by PayPal. It had cause alot of frustration and disappointment. No body looked into the case, I believe PayPal is using automated system to refuse all cases and appeals in favour of buyer. So it is not fair at all. Buyer bought item on eBay, my listing clearly showed uk item. He bought it and a few days latter asked It doesn’t have Italian language init. It had given him proper answer that I have not mentioned anything about languages in my listing I am selling a uk phone with English as a standard language, he requested me for returns that I refused because I donot accept returns of mobile phones , reason is simple after opening of seal no body accepts it as brand new , security seal is the guarantee for brand new. Other reason are the wholesale phone price dropped, I had paid high delivery charges, I have clearly mentioned that I donot accept returns . So it will be gross loss for me. The buyer opened case on eBay and eBay after careful consideration granted the dicision on my favour. The buyer opened case on PayPal, I have listed all my reasons on PayPal same day in details. Unfortunately PayPal team did not bother to read or understand the case as and gave decision against me in favour of buyer. My listing is still on eBay can be cross checked as many of PayPal representatives checked and told that it was wrong decision. When I called and spoke with one of PayPal customers team representative Emma she said that I had gone through case it is mistake from PayPal. You don’t need to worry about anything we will compensate you for your losses of all types, (deliver , deflation and general losses ), I had been advised that as the decision is been made we have to wait for item to be returned to you and you can make a appeal against it. I was assured by Emma that I will get the right decision in my favour and funds back. I got mail of refund to buyer and called for appeal and been told by PayPal that appeal will be reviewed and result be sent in mail. Funds were given to buyer without myself being receiveing the item and getting decision of appeal! When I called I Got tracking Information the address was wrong on it, I cross checked my mail, PayPal gave wrong address to buyer for refund. I had to call & pay £5 for the correction and delivery. I called & been told that I lost appeal, I insisted been told it was wrong decision but we can,t help would not do anything”
